Secondly, are the retail properties. Retail can be used for office too, and also for storage and for normal retailing activities. Do note that some retail like massage and pubs need the relevant license to become operational. Lastly the third subclass of commercial is food and beverage. This is a very unique class as that are many laws govern this class of property and price can be huge even for the same building depending on the frontage, floor or even how near is it to the escalator.

Services 1. Office

Grade A+ offices in raffles place and marina bay have reach about $12 to $13psf. With Grade A reaching $10 to $11 psf. Places like Tanjong Pager, Shenton way and Robinson road have slightly more attractive rentals at $8 psf on average. People that look for a cheaper alternative can try Orchard Road at $7.5psf with beach road at even low below $7psf. Finding a good office for your business is not an easy task and we suggest you engage a professional in your search.

Services 2. Retail

 

For Prime retail space, orchard road still stand the champion at around $47 psf where the fringe of it has a huge drop to $24psf. For City Hall, Bugis and Marina Centre it is standing around $32 psf where the city finge goes about $23 psf.

Services 3. Food and Beverage Spaces

Problem is most F&B is that current tenants do not leave or negotiation with the landlords are unfavourable to their terms. Also finding a good place to start your F&B is also tough as many do not know the relevant electricity or license to run their F&B.
